Yvonne has been in marine insurance since 1974, creating Wiseley Marine Insurance in 1990. In 2001 Yvonne sold to WWW and ran the marine dept. until she retired in 1997 to travel the US with her husband in their RV. In 2012, her husband, Dea lost his life in a boating accident. Yvonne says she pursued the marine insurance industry because “I have always been fascinated with boats and loved watching boats and dreaming that one day I would own one”. She recently moved back to Pinellas County and returned to WWW part time to help in the marine dept. Her favorite part of returning to work is reconnecting with all of the salesmen, brokers and friends in the marine industry. She has owned 3 boats, but none currently. Her favorite boating activity is fishing. “Dea and I fished extensively offshore and I currently fish mainly offshore with friends every opportunity I get. I love catching fish except when they are so big that I cannot bring them up so I have to get help. If money was not object, I would purchase a big sportfish boat and hire a Captain to maintain and take my fishing everywhere we want to go.” Yvonne has been in Florida since she was 20 years old and considers Fl home. She has 3 children and 7 grandchildren, does a lot of volunteer work and is a Guardian Ad Litem for children in Pinellas County and for the Children's Dream Fund.
