Doris Sova

Doris has spent her entire professional career in the insurance industry and recently celebrated her 20 year anniversary with W3. She earned an Associate in General Insurance and an Associate in Personal Insurance through The Institutes, and personal and recreational marine products continue to be her niche focus today. For the last 14 years, she has served in a management role. Whether as vice president, personal manager or marine division manager, her goal has always been to provide her teams with purpose and achievement through counsel, education and service to clients and community. Doris served on the W3 CIC (Community Involvement Committee) for nearly a decade. She enjoys working with colleagues to improve the quality of life for those in need through fundraising and volunteer activities; she joined Burg Exchange in 2020 and currently serves as secretary. A resident of St. Pete since her teen years, she enjoys boating with family and being outdoors (dogs included).

Sean Griffin

Sean Griffin serves as Commercial Insurance Advisor at Wallace Welch & Willingham. Sean has extensive experience and in-depth expertise in the marine industry, which he applies along with a proven track record in insurance consulting and risk management strategies. Today, Sean leverages his vast knowledge of the Marine and Construction industries to help clients mitigate potential exposures and associated liabilities, while containing costs.

Yvonne Wiseley

Yvonne has been active in the marine insurance sector since 1974; she created Wiseley Marine Insurance in 1990. In 2001, she sold her agency to Wallace Welch & Willingham and ran its marine department until retiring in 1997 to travel the US with her husband. She recently moved back to Pinellas County and returned to W3 Marine as a trusted advisor. She says that her favorite part of returning to work is reconnecting with all the salesmen, brokers and friends she has made throughout her decades in the marine industry. Her favorite boating activity is fishing. Yvonne has 3 children and 7 grandchildren; in her free time, she serves as a Pinellas County Guardian Ad Litem. She also volunteers with the Children's Dream Fund.

Gina Beyer

Marine Insurance Advisor, ext 169
Gina holds a 2-20 Property Casualty license and started her marine insurance career in 2013. She has quickly expanded her knowledge of boat insurance with a focus on Recreational Boats/Yachts, Marine Surveyors E&O, and 6 Passenger Charter Boats. She is passionate to continue her quest to expand her marine insurance career with a specialized focus on offering versatile coverage options, superior client service and competitive premiums. Gina formerly worked in customer service in the financial brokerage industry.

Zack Adkins

Zack Adkins has more than 15 years of marine experience as an avid Tampa Bay fisherman and boat enthusiast. A Marine Insurance Advisor, he holds a 2-20 insurance license and has a track record of customer service excellence. Zack is passionate about continuing his education in the marine industry. In the future, he hopes to create a nonprofit organization to reduce ocean pollution.

Tiffany Travis

170A career in the marine insurance department is the perfect fit for Tiffany, who has spent her whole life on boats. Her great grandfather built a marina in 1972, and it has been the family business ever since. She decided to take a different route and obtained a Risk Management/Insurance degree at Florida State University; she also has her 2-20 and 2-15 licenses. Tiffany has a passion for boats and cares deeply about providing the best service to her clients at W3.

Ken Jones

Commercial Marine Insurance Advisor, xt 149

For this Commercial Marine Advisor, the marine industry is a way of life.  Ken’s career began in the early 1980’s when he captained a 50’ commercial long-line vessel based in John’s Pass. He went on to direct and manage sales for the high-end technical sport fishing fleet of Dorado Marine in Ozona, Florida.  In 2007, Ken launched The Fishin’ Mission, a local fishing club that emphasized family fishing as an outreach to bring family and friends closer together.  “The Saltwater Fishing Coach” was his next endeavor in 2013, a consulting business through which he shared his love of fishing and boating with others. Ken holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Marketing from the University of North Texas; his insurance licenses include the Florida 2-20 General Lines and Property and Casualty. He is a US Army Veteran and volunteers at various fishing/boating clubs with special needs children and boys of single parents.  He also speaks at local fishing clubs and West Marine retail stores on various topics related to fishing and boating.
