Longtime clients share why they partner with W3 marine insurance.
W3 marine insurance had a dual goal at the recent St. Petersburg Boat Show: to showcase their department at booth #347 and to highlight relationships with clients. The event proved an ideal time to have a reporter with W3TV interview valued clients in attendance. Amidst the event’s mega-yachts, personal watercraft and boating gear vendors, response for W3 testimonials was unanimously positive.
“When you walk through a boat show and each client is willing to talk about their experience on-camera, that’s great evidence our company is making raving fans,” says W3 Marine Department Manager Doris Sova.
W3 marine clients mainly touched upon the virtues W3 strives to exhibit – integrity, success, and passion – and overwhelmingly agreed that partnering with W3 helps their own company’s success. Below are some of the highlights from interviews.
ProMarine sends clients to W3 on a regular basis. Exemplary customer service with a local touch is a huge benefit – and they’re thankful for the partnership.
“There are a lot of insurance companies out there, but W3 has great follow-up and works for our customers,” says Chad Wallace of ProMarine. “We appreciate everything you do for us – and love having you right in our backyard.”
Jason Nash of Lending Associates secures financing for his clients – and the next step is often a referral to W3. Nash cites W3’s prompt handling of requests as a major reason he enjoys a working relationship with the agency. And, as he makes sure to inform W3TV viewers, he trusts their expertise so much that he chooses them to insure his own boat.
Attention to detail extends throughout the different departments of W3, and Greg Knop of Family Boating and Marine Centers witnesses this firsthand. His company has been in business for thirty years and trusts W3 for marine and commercial lines insurance.
“If there ever is a major issue or we need to do a proof of insurance, W3 comes through with binding policies very quickly,” he says. “They do more than just insure a company; they’re always ready.”
As a focused marine insurance provider, W3 is also able to handle a variety of different coverage requirements. David Bair of Quality Boats praises W3’s consistent ability to secure insurance for vessels that feature unique elements like triple engines and out-of-state residency situations. W3 and Quality Boats has had a working relationship since the 1990’s, he says, and he plans to continue the trend.
Another longtime client is visible outside the beautiful Renaissance Vinoy Hotel in Downtown St. Petersburg. That’s where Captain Dave’s Sailing Florida Charters and School is located. As Captain Dave recounts, W3 has insured his 30 crafts of various size and purpose for 18 “glorious” years.
The overwhelmingly glorious takeaway from the St. Petersburg boat show is this: W3 is going above and beyond for their clients. Watch the W3TV newscast to hear the raves.
